Your listings, bookings, and guest list live in a database that is yours alone, protected with row-level security and role-based access, on SOC2 Type 2 certified infrastructure (Supabase). No shared tables, no other clients' data next to yours.
The assistant reads only your data, and your data is never used to train AI models. Conversations stay in your own database, with built-in monthly usage limits so costs never surprise you.
Guest names, dates, and payment history belong to you, not a marketplace. Cards are handled end-to-end by Stripe, so card numbers never touch our servers. Calendar sync shares availability only, never guest details.

Clear expectations
Cancel anytime. Your domain is registered in your name and you keep it, along with a full export of your listings, bookings, and guest list. Managed sites stay up through a 30-day grace period after a missed payment, then go offline; we keep your data available for export for 60 more days. Self-owned clients keep their installed software for good; canceling only stops updates, security patches, and support.
